The work "Newspapers" of Enrique Muñoz García is based on the covering of the showcase of the Lokal int gallery with newspapers from the Swiss press. But the Chilean-Swiss artist and photographer takes his project a step further. Because on each page of the newspapers glued to the glass there is at least one photo that he has taken in the last 20 years as a press photographer. In this way, this photo installation creates the effect of hiding the information that is in the gallery, and at the same time, these more than 300 photographs, printed in newspapers such as "Berner Zeitung", "Der Bund" and "Tages Anzeiger", among others, form a conceptual exhibition based on press photos.
The exhibition can be seen from January 21 to 27 at the Lokal Int. Artspace in Biel/Bienne.
